Began building homes in 2002 and added commercial building shortly after.
I developed the company East 77 Contractors in 2004 and currently run it.
Todd Electrical Unlimited: 1984 - Currently own and do some work with this
operation. Automation, electrical service, electronic service, machine
installations and electrical power service installations. I have set up several
manufacturing facilities over the years. I did several automation projects for
Freightliner. I have done countless commercial, retail and residential electrical
installations since 1984.
In 2009 I Started a Solar Company, Green Power South Inc, I haven't been able to
compete with the larger companies tightly connected to Duke Energy.

Design using Auto-Cad, built control systems for Manufacturing of textile products.
Our main customer was Foamex Industries with companies all over the US.
I designed and built a $750,000.00 control system for PPG.
My work with Foamex led me to several commercial building contracts later. Our
main Engineer was seriously disabled in a car accident which led to end of Necor.
Hunt Manufacturing: 1989 - 1996
Electronics Tech and machine automation development. Worked directly
with engineering on large development projects. I did very complex control
wiring on machines purchased from the US, Italy, and Poland. This entailed long
hours with a never ending work schedule. I was on call as the main Electronics Technician.
Universal Dynamics: 1982 - 1989
Electronics Tech / AutoCad Design / Electrical Design / Mechanical Design / Management/
New Product Development, worked directly with 3 mechanical engineers.
I worked on projects for Ford, GE. Capitol Wire & Cable, Monsanto, Rubbermaid and many
others. I visited these sites to oversee installations of equipment. I was a member and
participated in the Society of Manufacturing Engineers at this time. I had a crew of 10
people I directly supervised.
