the private, municipal and federal government
sectors. I have an unblemished record of

up to $60M with project staff of 30 plus
contractors to successfully deliver timely
projects, I improved revenues, margins and

– 2009 to Present. Founded construction
services consulting organization providing
contract labor to general contractors for
project management, estimating and proposal
development.
Senior Project Manager, Walton Construction
Company LLC – 2009 and 2006 to 2008. Supervised
builders risk claim remediation and preparation
of claim documents on multi-building
construction project. Developed quality control
committee to pursue standardized quality control
programs for the division. Earlier, managed all
aspects of design and construction of federal
government projects. Promoted safe work
practices, minimizing incidents.
Project Manager, Ratcliff Constructors, LP –
2005 to 2006. Led construction of educational
projects, functioning as primary point of
contact with client to facilitate all changes,
schedule and construction document development.
Project Manager, W.G. Yates & Sons Construction
– 2004 to 2005. Supervised overall
administration of 14-story condominium project,
including pre-construction, cast-in-place
foundation and concrete superstructure.
