-Position: Glue Operator/Assembler

-Duties: Glued and assembled airplane seats made of foam. Read diagrams/blueprints to achieve the specific final product.

-Position: Machine Operator/Packer

-Duties: Was in charge of running a single line that included 7 machines that I was responsible for trouble shooting, supplying and packing. I also maintained the highest quality of parts produced.

Gentex Corp.: October 2005-October 2006

-Position: Micro Electronics Associate

-Duties: Responsible for the assembly of raw parts and sub-assemblies in electrical production. Visually inspected tiny light sensors under a high powered mircroscope. Recorded data from computer screens that monitored the production of the assembled parts.

KAM Plastics Corp.: July 2002-September 2005

-Position: Inspector/Machine Operator

-As an inspector: Maintained zero defects that were directly shipped to our customers. Approved and rejected shipment (if pieces produced were not up to company standard). As inspector I 100% sorted every component that was to be shipped. I was also certified in July 2005 to train other employees that needed extra help in obtaining zero defects in the quality of their work. Was chosen to travel throughout West Michigan to other companies in order to correct any problems they may have had with any of our shipments.

-As a machine operator (injection molding): Maintained zero defects on the quality of parts that were produced. Held one of the best rates/cycle times. Was able to operate 90% of the machines in our facility.

Plascore Inc.: June 2000-November 2001

-Position: Powdercoat Technician

-Duties: Dipped racks of aluminum into 6 tanks of chemicals that allowed the material to be cleaned before placing them into a heating oven. Racked/unracked the assembly line. Used automatic spray guns and hand painted aluminum paneling. Kept records of oven temperatures and magnetic readings to obtain the best finished good for that specific color of paint.

Family Fare: August 1996-April 2000

-Position: Bagger/Meat Dept. (Stocker)/Grocery Dept. (Stocker)

-As a bagger: packed and carried out groceries for customers.

-Meat and Grocery dept. associate: unloaded semi trailers as well as stocked and rotated shelves of product.
