Worked efficiently to report labor and burden for drill riser work orders, by entering time into the ERP system, QAD.
Viewed Cost Reports associated with work orders to determine variances, and inform SC Manager and PM’s of those variances.
Assisted the Supply Chain Manager with the accurate scheduling of raw materials and finished parts onto the shop floor.
Preliminary and often final input of what the shop floor will work on a daily basis.
Worked with the Shipping Coordinator with inventory control parameters to include daily cycle counting of parts in WIP and on the shelf.
Reviewed the Production Schedule of lines and miscellaneous parts with the Plant Supervisor, Foreman, and often times, the Plant Manager to ensure adequate man power is available.
Coordinated with the SC Manager, QA Manager, and PM’s to successfully create routers based on the Production Schedule, and responsible for the release of those routers to the shop floor.
Reported inefficiencies on the router and often team with Supply Chain Manager, or Project Manager to correct those inefficiencies.
Assisted the Supply Chain Manager and Shipping Foreman with the daily update of the dashboard of material and open work orders and report the update at daily morning meetings.
Created Requests for Purchase Orders in QAD, and team with the Purchasing Agent to expedite material orders required to complete the work order.
Created Distribution Orders for inter-company use if the material required comes from one of the companies under the Ameriforge umbrella.
Daily interface with Purchasing, Shipping, Accounting, and Production regarding the flow of materials and components on work orders and raw.
Worked heavily at the end of the month to properly close all work orders required for the month to capture absorption.
