I was responsible for, Performing hold point inspections between various facets of the job to ensure the work was being performed IAW job specifications IE. Surface met the requirements of SSPC-SP-10 blast under SSPC criteria for this type of blast.

To ensure the contractor doing work was doing it with in contract requirements set forth by the job spec. and the customer who owned the job spec.

To ensure contractor was being safe and meeting the local, federal and state requirements for what they were doing. Also to ensure the contractor was meeting the mile stones for the job.
