● 22 years Coating Application experience

● Level 1 NACE Certified CIP #317153

● Creta-Pro Certified Forman/ Inspector QA/QC

● Electrostatic/Powder Coating Application QA/QC

● OSHA 40hr.

QC Experience

Provide observation and documentation throughout the coating projects reporting adherence or nonconformance to project specifications.

Observe coating application, perform required testing; document test results, maintain project scheduling, hold points, and perform all required inspections

Trained in safety procedures specific to the job, site and conditions

Observe and document cleanliness as specified in SSPC

Application Experience:

• Produce good workmanship with respect to project standards

• Perform field/shop testing for profile, wet/dry film thickness, and ambient conditions along with other necessary testing in accordance with ASTM standards (American Standard and Testing Materials)

• Provided quality control using, (but not limited to): Sling Cyclometer, Elcometer 415/225, holiday detection

• Working in conjunction with all peoples and groups to complete project on time, in spec. and under budget where possible

• Perform QA Inspections on Painters Work
