Responsible for all plant operations, including interaction with FSIS inspectors in plant and district; facilitating third party audits (Sillier, AIB and customer on demand); open communication with vendors at buyer level as well as quality control; scheduling of bulk and frozen product; coordinating production running time; directing plant sanitation and maintenance personnel; coordination of staff meetings that included production, quality control, logistics, safety and HACCP. Responsibilities included hiring, implementation of policy and procedures and purchasing of egg products.
