Scheduling/Production/Administrative Assistant
• Administrative Assistant for the VP of Facilities and the VP of Scheduling/Production as well as the Director of Safety and Security
• Responsibilities included maintaining Contracts for all events, scheduling and maintaining calendars for all meetings, making travel arrangements for the VP’s and/or Event Coordinators, booking all meetings in the building as well as numerous other duties as presented on a daily basis.
• Hostess for the Celebration Suite lounge at all home games.
1982 thru present Ticketmaster experience
Worked directly for Ticketmaster under the supervision of Terry Barnes and Shirley Alexander. Learned the TM system, worked at several venues in the Indianapolis area as ticket seller, ticket office assistant and assistant ticket office assistant manager at the Murat Theatre in Indianapolis. Very proficient in maintaining ticket office, reconcilitation of cash drawers and banks, ticket sellers, bank deposits and reports.
