Project Description:
The functions of the Auto Unit is to support the CLA system as it performs the processing which is common to all the commercial lines of business. CLA supports the rating and issuance of polices for the Automobile, General Liability, Property, Workers Compensation and Spectrum lines of business. The unit is mainly comprised of four separate areas. The CLA AUTO Front End screen-flow captures the Common policy and transaction level Information necessary to rate a Commercial Lines policy and to produce the Physical policy itself. The CLA AUTO Systems supports common back-end rating functions that apply at policy or transactions level.
Responsibilities:

Project Description:
The objective behind the project is to provide business and team managers with claim case information at the lowest level i.e., case type, case date and case event data at the transactional level. This will help them measure and track the case loads and the sub-process during the life cycle of a claim case. Auto Claims DM will allow the Management to measure and track the case loads and the sub-process during the life cycle of a claim case along with other payment and financial information. The case management repository process will run on a daily basis. Exceed will send a file which will contain complete case information whenever there is a change to case, date or event. I was actively involved in the development of new systems to better serve the needs of the business.
