Duties- Respond to guest request(Guest Runner) .Cleaning and maintaining public areas of
the hotel,assisting roomsuite attendants with general cleaning of guest rooms and suite.
This includes vacuuming, shampooing of carpet cleaningwaxing of floors, trash removal,
Stocking and maintaining supply rooms and other cleaning duties.
Cleans public corridors. This may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, waxing,
Scubbing, wiping and dusting
Visit guest rooms,stripping the beds and replacing fresh linens and providing clean towels
to guest
Cleaning the bathroom, washing windows and mirrors and emptying garbage cans.
Replenish supplies of coffee, tea, sugare and mini bar items daily.
Check over the inventory of room furnishings after guest depart, advising supervisors
if anything is missing or damage. They also turn in any items that have been left behind
by guest and ensure that all appliance, television, telephone, and heating and cooling
System are functioning properly.
Provide complimentary turn –down service for guest,provide them with extra pillows or
towels upon request
