I have worked as an Arizona LPN since **** in various places (St.Joseph's Hospital, VA hospital Prescott, and in Prescott Valley at Mountain Valley Rehabilitation Hospital. I was 1st certified as an Az. EMT-basic in 1982. I allowed it to lapse, and recertified in 1992, and have kept it current except for a time that I cert'd in the state of New Mexico and held a National certification at that time. I have mostly worked in the hospital setting, but would like to work in the field as well. I worked as a cna for many years in Phoenix ICU's, and as an anesthesia technician for a couple of years at the County Hospital O.R. before becoming an LPN. I have a variety of experiences to draw from in the health care field. I have worked in an ER for Indian health services in Kayenta, Az. in addition to ICU jobs, and have performed cpr on dozens of persons. I took the ACLS cert class at Yavapai Hospital's last class that they offered; currently hold acls cert.
