Working as a Software Engineer QA at Shoretel Client and Switch team

Analysis and testing of call control features, call flow, phone functionality, signaling, SIP and MGCP messages, Video testing, fax testing

Led testing of different ranges of ShoreTel Switches (VxWork Switches, Linux Switches, and T1/E1 Switches). Work close with Dev on dubbing the switch issues.

Currently working on Integration phase of new phone release. Reviewing the SAS, writing Test Strategy, authoring test cases along with agile testing. Also worked in system testing, functional testing , regression testing on previous release with specializing on Small Business Enterprise Solution
