Handed out discipline to mechanics for poor performance and for violating company rules. Listened and replied to first step grievances.

• Increased woodyard production 50% by modifying the positive feed conveyor.

• Prevented brick from coming out of no. 2 lime kiln by replacing shell section that had a flat spot. This eliminated three unscheduled outages per year.
