I assisted in relocating to a facility 3 times as large. I was instrumental in introducing consignment inventory management system saving thousands of overhead dollars. My duties allowed me to organize and setup warehouse inventory with racking while purchasing warehouse equipment. Other duties included ordering equipment, setting up jobs, working with outside sales reps, and managing a lead generating team to develop new business.

Our focus was to the service contractor providing excellent supply distribution, establishing consignment inventories, and providing business growth through time sensitive direct and warehouse deliveries. My territory covered Fresno, Merced, Modesto, Stockton, Lodi, and Sacramento up through Chico. My duties included driving sales, implementing company policy and procedure; regional sales staff management, warehouse distribution, and order management for entire sales staff, sales negotiations, cold calling for new accounts, expanding sales territory, entering deals and introducing promotions.
