Prepared monthly management reports that encompassed historical, budget, and forecast data for financial, marketing, business development, human resource information, and other key performance indicators. Also managed the monthly financial statement preparation and review, prepared annual budgets, monitored overhead expenses and accounts receivable, managed project reporting and was responsible for ensuring SOX compliance. Created and maintained user documentation. Responsible for evaluating, testing, and implementing periodic software upgrades and service packages.
• Assumed the role of Project Manager for initial ERP evaluation and selection. Teamed with both software vendor and internal IT to determine appropriate infrastructure needs.
