Responsible for the internal reporting, budget preparation, financial analysis, and forecasting for the $750M global Architecture, Urban and Environmental Planning, and Landscape Design practices. Prepared monthly management reports that encompassed historical, budget, and forecast data for financial, marketing, business development, human resource information, and other key performance indicators. Prepared monthly analysis of Corporate G&A expenses and project performance. Prepared quarterly senior management presentations highlighting performance drivers. Managed the annual budget process. • Assumed the role of Project Manager for initial ERP evaluation and selection. Teamed with both software vendor and internal IT to determine appropriate infrastructure needs.
