BUSINESS :

COLLECTION :

• To maintain daily collection data and follow up on a daily basis with on demand and overdue customers.

• In a weekly basis maintain collection drives for chronic customers (NPA and Non Stators, in case of having any issue).

• In the field do the asset verification for the sake of asset and good collection performance.

• Maintain the ageing reports for the analysis of collections and identify to be chronic customers and take a decision immediately for particular asset.

• Follow up the insurance renewals for the asset safe and give the confidence to the customers about the company, it is taking care of customers and assets, for getting business form in house customers.

• Ensure 90+ overdue accounts as nil.
