ACCOUNTING

• Prepare, calculate and deposit of weekly payroll taxes, and prepare quarterly payroll tax reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly union reports for several different unions in compliance with each union’s individual requirements.
• Prepare prevailing wages reports/certified payroll.

• A/R, A/P, General Ledger entries and Bank Reconciliations including sweep accounts.
• Maintain job costs spreadsheets to assist management in making confident business decisions.
• Billing commercial construction jobs and prepare AIA documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly Missouri and Illinois sales tax reports.
• Auditing daily reports from 11 retail outlets. Loss control reports.
