Master Schedule production demands for 150 Customer Items and 650 incoming parts, with annual sales of $250M.
Developed Access programs to pull & analyze data from via Datamart (MRP data) to assist in the review of inventory record integrity history and created a number of reports for the Material Planning & Logistics Department improving overall efficiencies in data analysis.
Complete daily scheduling and weekly manufacturing planning in MRP system, as communicated with production area management.
As the plant MRP power user, completed a thorough review of record integrity, safety stocks, suppliers behind schedule, and product scheduling in MRP system, provided corrective actions which reduced inbound premium instances by 67% in just over a year and a half, and down 85% in 3 years.
Oversee that customer requirements are fulfilled with daily reviews of the lines build schedules, increasing our Ford Motor Company performance from 66% to 100%. In addition, maintaining FCSD performance of 100%, while reducing premium freight by $3M.
Complete monthly inventory actuals and forecast for remainder of calendar year, reviewing with senior management and finance team. Analysis completing using date from MRP system and customer operating plans for 12 month period.
Effectively updated scheduling process and scheduled bottleneck operation with 60 parts, reducing premium freight by $0.5M.
Review trends and forecasts to adjust inventories to appropriate levels, including making necessary updates to individual part safety stock levels. Information on all significant inventory adjustments is communicated to appropriate levels of Plant & Staff management.
