Budgeting, P&L responsibilities, worked with; JD Edwards, Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and “PEAK” (production management program). Worked with various safety programs including; Behavior Based Safety, T5’s, Safety Committee’s. Worked with neighborhood committee’s at various locations.

• Increased production from 400/tons/hr to 600/tons/hr

• Reduced workforce by 20% and maintained production rate

Vulcan Materials/Florida Rock

• Established screening media to produce FDOT approved material at Vulcan’s Notasulga Quarry

• Selectively mined quarry to produce quality material at Vulcan’s Notasulga Quarry

• Awarded Florida Rock Plant of the year for 2006 and 2007 at The Alico Road Quarry

• Increased production by 1000/tns/hr at The Alico Rd Quarry

• 4 consecutive 0 MSHA Citation inspections at The Alico Rd Quarry

• Implemented maintenance management system ( Datastream ) at The Alico Rd Quarry

• Awarded NSSGA’s Out Standing Achievement award in 2002 at The Lynchburg Quarry

• Started in house stripping resulting in a $300k savings/yr
