I am fully capable for handle Accounts works, cash, credit note, Debit note, making bills and challan, looking after the trip expenses of Drivers, maintain the vehicle record register, making of salary and deduction of EPF and ESI, submition of on line ESI challan etc. Always in touch with the Debtors for improving of sale and for releasing of payments.

i). Purchase & Sales Accounting: Reconciliation and ageing of debtors and creditors, maintaining purchase and sale record register.

ii). Banks: Reconciliation, cash withdrawal and cheque deposit.

iii). Excise: E Filling of Excise Return in Monthly and Quarterly Basis and Maintain Excise Record.

iv). RG 23D: Maintaining of RG 23D register.

v). Sales Tax: Issuance & Controlling of various sales tax forms i.e. C form Preparation of Quarterly sales tax return

vi) Tally: Maintaining and updating day- to- day accounting function on Tally

Vi). TDS/TCS: Deduction of TDS on Job Work Suppliers, transportation, commission bills etc.
