OBJECTIVE – To obtain a position where I can utilize my skills as an electronic technician.
EDUCATION – Graduated 1999 with Associates Degree in Electronic Technology from Mountain View College (DCCC) overall GPA of 3.87. Also have 92 hours toward a Bachelors of Science in Petroleum Geology from Abilene Christian University/Hardin Simmons University.
EXPERIENCE – I have been employed for the last 19 years at Communications Test Design, Inc. located in Lancaster, Texas where for the last 4 years I have been the Section Head for the 1A Telco department where my duties included managing and scheduling the workload with employees, tracking and reporting sales, maintaining test equipment, training of new employees and control of documentation relevant to the department.
- Prior to being Section Head I worked in many different areas, which included #5ESS department where I trouble-shot and repaired grid boards and channel boards.
- I also worked on Radio Base Station Transceivers and went to Finland to receive training on the repair of Nokia radios. I also received training on Ericsson Digital Radios at an Ericsson Repair facility in Plano, Texas.
- Before that I repaired AT&T plug-in equipment of various types.
- I was initially hired to repair and refurbish Teletype printers, monitors and keyboards.
- Currently I am working on a contract basis with 101 Telco Solutions as a repair technician working on 24V and 48V rectifiers and other cell site equipment.
OTHER WORK EXPERIENCE – I have also been employed at a publishing company as a shipping clerk and worked as a trim carpenter and in the oil field as a rig hand for an oilfield wireline company.
