· Created customer service, order priority, throughput, and productivity reports for the Operations Service Center in Dallas, Texas. Extracted data from MS Access and Oracle databases to create reports in MS Excel and Oracle Discoverer formats.
· Most of the work was performed through telecommuting methods from Washington State and Utah State to Dallas, Texas.
· Authored a proposal to solve reporting data discrepancies between departments. The proposal was approved by the Director.
· Worked directly with managers from several departments to create and improve Operations reports.

· The initial contract called for two months of work creating a set of Operations reports for BI Fastrak’s client, DaVita Rx.
· Prior to the expiration date of my original two month contract, DaVita Rx realized the success and value of the newly implemented reports, extending my contract for four more months, in order for me to complete additional sets of reports.
