- Carry out duly assigned tasks which include receiving, validating, and entering information from employee paperwork items into Excel.

- Assume full responsibility in processing account changes, transfers, pay changes, address changes as well as handling new hires, leave of absence, separations, and additional pay utilizing GERS and EV-5 software.

- Apply superior interpersonal skills in delivering outstanding customer service to employees, and district and regional managers by receiving and responding to questions regarding information contained in EV-5, GERS, TalentWise, master agreement, Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) processing questions, and human resources policies and procedures.

- Hold accountability in maintaining files of active and terminated employees, which include calculating and updating employee services dates and seniority dates, filing employee paperwork, and combining old and new files for rehires.

- Work on other job-related duties as assigned and as necessary.

- Analyze and assess WOTC process to specialize in communicating, supporting, and expounding WOTC value to field management.

- Efficiently utilize EV5 payroll system and GERS accounting system in processing new employee identification numbers.

- Effectively generated accurate reporting by establishing and implementing system for pre-existing WOTC and paperwork compliance practices to improve coordination.
