I managed all aspects of a 23 story superstructure to include a 62 car parking garage. This project demands numerous challenges to include but not limited to sheeting and shoring next to an active MTA structure to underpinning an adjacent structure all while starting the foundation to make the 421 tax abatement. This project also demanded continuous Value Engineering as the project is being built fast tracked due to the time constraints of the developer.

Cornerstone Group Construction Inc. Position: Area Construction Manager

Project Budget Range: $13-26 Million

-Responsible for the hiring and training of Superintendent for multiple projects.

-Oversaw the construction and development of experimental pre-cast concrete panel wall construction.

-Manage multiple sites and oversaw land development and design changes.

-Responsible for all construction for the West coast of Florida.

Alliance Construction, Inc. /Cornerstone Group Inc. Position: Project Superintendent

Responsible for successful field management and completion of over 2400 multi-family apartment units, single family and townhomes. This entailed day-to-day coordination and supervision of all subcontractors, architects, discipline engineers, civil engineers, landscape and irrigation designers, all permits and inspections, drawing revisions and resubmissions, conveyance process preparation and certification, TCO's and CO's, code compliance, scheduling, submittal review, product approval review and compliance and all aspects necessary to deliver a complete corporate product to the owner. Additionally included acting as a liaison and agent to the local building departments and officials, owner’s satisfaction and acceptance of buildings/units, DPEP and DERM permits and compliance. Various Water Management District and Corps of Engineers permits and compliance, conservation areas protection and mitigation, finalization of all project permits, and proof of change orders and requisitions for payment were all performed. Responsibilities and involvement essential to success in this capacity.
