• Support for Avaya hardware including Definity, Merlin and One Voice Phone Systems, also Definity, Octel and One Voice Voice Mail Systems.
• Setup IP Softphone accounts, Setup Extensions and Voice Mail Accounts for the Users. Punch Down and Trace Ports to the Block in the Data Center.
• I have worked with many Vendors Ordering and Repairing Pots lines, Circuits, Phones, Phone Systems and Voice Mail Systems.

• Imaged and Configured all PCs for all employees, added / deleted users and changed passwords in Active Directory
