Assist with all aspects of administrative management. Provide general and project support to the office manager, human resources and the facility manager. Coordinate between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Manage inventory of kitchen and office supplies, monitor critical level of stocks, source for suppliers and negotiate with existing suppliers for best possible terms. Generate purchase orders for non-inventory items.
