MANAGEMENT

FINANCIAL

•Maximize revenue, minimize vacancy, delinquency, concessions and rent losses.

•Compile and reconcile all financial data for accurate monthly financial statements including calendar year budget, reserve for replacement, and variance reports.

•Responsible for accounts payable and resident accounts receivable, monthly financial and operating reports.

•Responsible for maintaining physical assets and maximizing the financial returns from the asset in accordance with the owner’s objectives.

•Purchasing and contracting of materials, service and repairs, inventory control, and receipt and approval of vendor accounts.
