Delivered $14.9M in project revenue on time and under budget for 2008 projects for US and International for GSM and CDMA projects on the Sprint/Nextel and Motorola Accounts. Proactively managed the implementation of complex wireless switching / radio equipment hardware and software projects for both voice and data with the newest technologies from pre-order receipt to turn over to Customer.

Completed the implementation of Evolution Data Optimized (EVDO), on a compressed schedule, in the Sprint New Orleans Market for 2005’s CTIA trade show.

Matrix managed timely contribution of various internal Nortel departments to maintain assigned project schedules. Provided leadership to resolution of issues. Evaluated and implemented process improvements thus streamlining the introduction and execution of jobs. Recommended corrective action to improve operational routines. Developed end-user solutions in FileMaker Pro (a relational database).

Apex Diamond Tool Company – Owner Operator. Purchased Apex, a small-sized manufacturing and resale company specializing in industrial diamond tools and related products.
