Manage and employ 15-20 trades at one time and responsible for financial disbursement of all funds.

Investments, and Financing. Structured and developed a market plan to represent the Fortune
500 commercial tenants in the United States. Worked on numerous exclusive commercial
agencies in the midtown New York area. Active in developing and maintaining listings and
agency relationship for class A commercial building locations.
Garrick-Aug Store Leasing, Inc. Managing Director,
1991 to 1992.
Active in the area of Retail Store Leasing in Manhattan; transacted numerous store leases.
Represented landlords as exclusive retail leasing and marketing agent. Acted as a Retail
Leasing Consultant to worldwide, national and local retail tenants in identifying locations,
negotiating all business terms and executing retail leases.
Davedon Development Company, Inc. Executive Vice President-Owner,
1987 to 1990.
Acquired, developed, financed and constructed over $20,000,000 of single family luxury homes
on the Gold Coast of Long Island, New York. Responsible for assemblage of land parcels,
developed site preparation, active and final decision-maker in the design of homes. Negotiated
land and construction loans with first and second mortgagees. Principal final decision maker
in all aspects of the day to day construction operation including site clearing and excavations
foundation pouring, framing, H.V.A.C., carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

Principal owner of a major New York City midtown Commercial Real Estate Leasing,
Investments and Sales Company. Employed fifteen full time real estate brokers
responsible for running and managing the day to day operations of a full service real estate
brokerage office. Purchased and sold for my own real estate portfolio. Active in all aspects of
negotiating land acquisition, leasing, renewals and construction of all alterations work. Net leased and
managed as a principal owner numerous properties throughout New York City.
Economic Development Administration of the City of New York. Executive Assistant to the
First Deputy Administrator, 1973 to 1977.
Responsible for Project Coordination and monitoring of each of EDA’s Capital Budget Projects
which totaled approximately $500,000,000. Assisted in development of individual projects,
including responsibility for preliminary and final lease negotiations, relocations, demolition,
construction and marketing of the facility. Assisted small and large businesses in business
management and financing towards sound industrial development. Worked on Corporate
Development retention and marketing of New York City-owned industrial parks.
Owens-Illinois. Libbey Glassware Division. Marketing and Institutional Sales
Specialist, 1971 to 1973.
Responsible for the sales of institutional glassware to authorized dealers, restaurants, bars,
country clubs, hotels, hospitals, airlines, railways and steamship lines. Territory included
Manhattan and Brooklyn total sales responsibility in these areas was approximately $800,000. Prime responsibility was to establish good customer relations with the institutional dealers and other accounts on behalf of Owens-Illinois.
