Compared color, shape, texture, and form of product and material with color chart, template, and sample, to verify conformance to standards. Tested samples, materials, and products, using test equipment, such as thermometer, torque tester, moisture meter, gloss meter and force tester, for conformance to specifications. Measured dimensions of product, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers and comparator to verify conformance to specifications.

• Used SPC on a daily basis for decisions of process adjustments.

• Performed incoming and in process inspection of injection molded plastic components and automotive parts.
