2 Low/high voltage applications and changeovers.

3 Installation of CNC equipment, extruders, Metal Saws, transformers, and 800 KVA generators.

4 Installation of separate derived plant systems to serve various departments.

5 Troubleshooting of all types of electrical systems related to plant and machinery.

6 Wire and troubleshoot electrical cabinets and motor control systems.

7 Install, troubleshoot and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic valves, pumps and cylinders.

DUTIES

1 Install new equipment to include electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic requirements as required by new machinery directive.

2 Light welding, fabrication, and rebuilding of hydraulic equipment.

3 Maintaining heavy mechanical equipment to include punch presses, brakes, and production line equipment and conveyor systems.

4 Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.

5 Maintains, repairs, or schedules equipment repairs and monitors problems.

6 Assists with in-house design and fabrication of equipment.

7 Orders parts and equipment as needed.

8 Installs new equipment and trains personnel on proper use.

9 Instruct employees on safety and occupational hazard control procedures.

2 Allen Bradley Rslogics 5000 System Training..

3 General Technical Institute: Completed course in welding to include MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Certified MIG and Stick Welder. Completed in 1993
