Technical programming lead/project manager on 60+ social policy research evaluation studies. Reponsible for the design and analysis of data collection systems, interface development, all system administration duties, relational database development, report generation, and statistical analysis. Oversaw the regular maintenance of staffing projections and budgetary issues on all projects. Served as the technical liaison between Survey/Research Directors, telephone interviewers, and subordinate programming staff in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) process. This included software system documentation, training manual preparation, training of system users, troubleshooting PC user problems, and testing of all released software.
Senior Programmer (1997 - 1998)
Survey support programmer involved in data validation, statistical analysis, and report generation. Development of an automated reporting system for non-programmers/users to customize their reports to their own specifications. Responsible for installation and maintenance of software and hardware systems. Provided technical support to members of survey and research staff as needed.

Scientific/Engineering Research, including the development of systems for data collection, management, analysis, and report generation. Performed detailed documentation of implementation methods and the statistical analysis of data summarizing the results of the research effort. Other responsibilities included the installation and maintenance of software and hardware systems.

Senior Member of Programming Staff (1990 - 1996)
Responsible for software development in the area of computer-aided testing. Developed and maintained tools that utilize CAD simulation and physical design information in the digital circuit pack test environment. Identified the needs of circuit pack test engineers and addressed them through enhancements and new project work. Involved in all phases of the system administration process, including the development of an interface that was restrictive in enabling only specific test engineers to have access and executable rights to specific software programs. Preparation of software system documentation and user training materials.
Senior Engineering Associate (1986 – 1990). Formulated and tested a conductive polymer interconnection (CPI) material used for making fine pitch electrical connections. Responsible for the laboratory formulation of CPI material from theoretical stage to working product. Built automated testing system by interfacing a Hewlett-Packard (HP) 3490A Data Acquisition Unit with a 900 series HP 3000 computer. Programmed system to take 100 four-point contact resistance measurements and calculate the statistical parameters characterizing these measurements in just seconds.
