Working as Assistant Shift Team Leader-Shift Operations- in M/s NOURI INDUSTRIES ( Ministry of Energy and Water-KUWAIT) Dec-2010, which consists of 6x225 MW (GE 9FA) & 3x249 MW (D-11), and 6x475TPH of HRSG (Hyundai Heavy Industries) Combined Cyclel Power Plant of 2100MW.

Previous Experience:

Worked as Commissioning ENGR OPERATION of 1x225 MW GTG( ALSTOM-GT13E7)& 1x63.6 MW STG ( FUJI Make) & 1x260 TPH HRSG of Sedae enertech( JAPAN) at ARMENIA ( YCCPP) From NOV-2009 to APRIL- 2010 With SEVEN 7 ENERGY,( Client Armenian Government).

Worked as ASSISTANT MANAGER- SHIFT of 1x25MW OF ABB (Czech Republic) And 1x25MW OF BHEL,& AFBC Boilers of 3x66TPH OF CVL (Cethar Vessels Limited) At M/S The ACC Ltd Cement Works From DEC-2001 to OCT 2009.

TRAININGS:

Also undergone 6 months Training( Equivalent to 1year PGDC at NPTI) on Thermal power plants in NATIONAL POWER TRAINING INSTITUTE ( Western region , NAGPUR ) , With 2 weeks of SIMULATOR training in operation of 210MW Thermal power station.

Operation and Maintenance Training conducted by GE ENERGY of GE-9FA & D-11 (March-2011).

Switching Operation of 400KV GIS(ABB) conducted BY ABB Instructor(frm Swiss)

Operation and MaintenanceTraining conducted by HHI for Water Treatment, Waste water, Fuel oil, HV/LV Switchgear,and all Balance of plant equipments.

LOTO Traning conducted by GE ENERGY to attain certficate of CP(Competent Person), AP(Authorized Person) and SAP(Senior Authorized person).

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Erection and Commissioning of 2 x 44 TPH AFBC Boilers of CVL make, 1x 15 MW Steam Turbine of BHEL make At M/s A.C.C. Cement Works, Tikaria (UP).

Erection and Commissioning of 1x25 MW Steam Turbine of BHEL make At M/s A.C.C. Cement Works, Kymore (MP).

Overhauling of 25 MW TG Set of ABB make along with of foreign experts of ABB, Sweden at A.C.C. Cement Works, Kymore (MP).

Shift Charge Engineer-Control Room Operation of 1x220 MW Turbine of ALSTOM( GT13E2), & 63.6 MW of FUJI,& HRSG of 260TPH of SEDAE Enertech. At YTPP (AREMENIA)

QUALIFICATION:

PASSED ENERGY MANAGER IN THE YEAR 2007- FROM NPC(NATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY COUNCIL)-UNDER MINSISTRY OF POWER GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.

PASSED DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGG. FROM VLB POLYTECHNIC (,COIMBATORE-TAMILNADU) INAPRIL-2001. WITH FIRST CLASS WITH HONS-89%.

OPERATION OF THERMAL CONDENSED COURSE (26 weeks) from(NPTI) NATIONAL POWER TRAINING INSTITUTE (NAGPUR).

PASSED DIPLOMA IN ADVANCED MECHANICAL CADD( MDT)FROM AUTODESK (CADD) CENTRE WITH FIRST DIVISION IN APRIL-2001.

PRESENTLY UNDERGOING GRADUATION IN AMIME FROM (MIET-CHENNAI) FROM THE YEAR2005.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Responsible for commissioning and Shift Operation 6 x 475 TPH, HRSG of HHI(Hyundai Heavy Industries- Triple Pressure); 3 x249MW Steam Turbine of GE(D-11) and 6x225 MW Gas Turbine (GE-9FA) And All BOP systems(HHI) and 400KV GIS of ABB(SWISS).

Responsible for Startup, shutdown, Normal Operation, Load Management and Handling of Various emergencies during Operation of the Unit.

Hands on Experience of Control Room Operation of Boilers/HRSGS’s, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and its Auxiliaries through DCS.

Responsible for Manpower Planning for Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of the Unit.

Active participation in Efficiency Improving, Cost Reduction and Safety Activities in the Unit.

Monitoring and Maintaining Environmental Norms.

Preparation of Daily, Monthly and Annual reports of Efficiency Related parameters.

COMPUTER SKILL:

Familiar with Auto CADD®2000,2001, MDT, Window 98, 2000 & XP, MS- DOS, MS-WORD, Excel , Power Point etc.

CURRENT SALARY:

RS. 9.00 Lacs per Annum.
