• Responsible for a daily deliverable to the customer which included creation, amendment, validation, and deliverance of the enrollment data in an appropriate format with adherence to HIPPA standards.
• Project highlights include: increased the production level of the automated referral process by roughly fifty percent by creating a series of requirements documents and testing the functionality of the system, thus eliminating half of the tasks that were previously manually handled; revision of the income verification rules, which are used to determine program eligibility, by creating a requirements document that strictly adhered to federal policy of the CHIP program; improved Call Center data entry by re-engineering the user interface; testing and analysis involved with the stand-up implementation of the Perinatal system; address synchronization between the CHIP and Perinatal systems; many other user interface and system improvements.
