May 97 to Organizing files, as well as clearing up stipulations placed on upon us by our investors. Completing Grant

September 97 Deeds, Homestead Abandonment’s and other documents having to do with Title. Drawing loan documents with regards to data entry, printing and coping, to send out to be signed. Initial RESPA's or legal loan disclosures. Letters to customers notifying them that their loan has been transferred for servicing. Letters to customers requesting documentation of unverified information. I also cross-trained in underwriting while doing my loan processing, in regards to declines. I had to check the Debt to Income Ratios and the Combined Loan to Value Ratios to make sure they were really declines. I then did the writing of letters notifying them that their loan has been declined or canceled and taken off our system.

Education: Graduated from Northgate High School in June of 1996 with a 3.67 GPA. One Semester in the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California as an Architecture Major, with a 3.0 GPA. One Semester at Saint Mary's College as a Double Major in Business and Art, with a 3.5 GPA. One Year at Menlo College as a Business Major, with a 3.96 cumulative GPA. Graduated from UCSC in June of 2000, with a BA in Business Management Economics with a minor in Art History.
