• Responsible for total recruitment life-cycle for the Pepco Utility Operations Department and other recruiting related activities to include entry-level craft positions through upper-level management positions, while supporting the complete recruitment continuum through on boarding of new employees.
• Develop a recruiting strategy for each position in order to attract diverse, qualified, talented candidates and fill the position as quickly as possible.
• Consult with the hiring manager to review the position description and details.
• Conduct full applicant analysis to determine highly qualified candidate pool for management and/or bargaining union selections.
• Administer required application assessment.
• Manage the pre-employment applicant processing to include making official offers, background checks, physicals, and salary negotiation.

• Ensured compliance with NERC and DOT regulations for positions with these requirements.
