I m from Bulgaria. After I graduate high school I choose to travel. I had to work hard to be able to gain the experience to be part from other cultures and meeting different people true my work abroad. I was given the great chance to cross the difficult line of emigration and work permits as nationality part from eastern Europe. I work in countries like Germany as Baby sitter for tree months. Dubai as Supervisor in 4 star restaurant for four years and a half in charge of the staff, food service and stations preparation. UK as senior waitress for the last four years. I was able to learn how to operate with money system and room food charges, to be responsible for the wellbeing of the dinner residence guests. Nine years of experience made me step up in to a better level. I have study NVQ course in food and drink service connected with my work to gain more experience and to be able to fulfil on better level my skills.
