•Developed reporting format for analyzing 225 stores to compare potential remodel stores with same store and prototype store performance measurements.
•Transformed five BI-LO under-performing stores to the Food$mart banner within the constraints of a $250K budget, short term turn-over, and speedy approvals of new interior graphic packages.
