Attended weekly faculty meetings and participated in various workshops such as Administrative Leadership, Action Planning, and Student Assessment to improve teaching methodology. Due to my dedication, the director asked me to teach the Accent Reduction and Advanced English classes. Taught historical and cultural facts to help the students integrate in their new culture. Trained them using employability skills seminars. This program was designed to help students write résumés and cover letters, guide them through their job search, and prepare them for real interviews through mock interviews.
