1. Recruitments :-

Involved in complete End to End Recruitment Life Cycle.

- Filling Mid-Level to Senior-Level positions with top notch candidates. Utilizing a wide variety of method to generate candidates, including web- based sourcing, internal and external networking, referral programs, walk-ins, campus hiring and head hunting.

- Preliminary screening and short listing of candidates for the required skill matrix: Filtering the resumes on various parameters not limited to technical abilities but also includes skill set, years of experience, relevant experience, domain of work, location preference; projects worked on, organizations worked with and their locations, salary expectations, education, etc pertaining to the ongoing profiles and position.

- Post Offer Follow-Up: Ensuring that a constant ongoing conversation is maintained with the candidates from the time of submission till the placement, Resolving date of joining concerns & other related concerns (accommodation, travel) etc. i.e. keeping follow up till the candidates’ join

-Maintaining and updating a databank of the candidates on a regular basis. Updating the database for the newly joined candidates, rejected candidates and offer not joined Candidates. Acting as a mentor for new recruiters in understanding requirements and sourcing resumes

2. Induction :

- Taking care of the Joining Formalities for newly joined employees along with Induction Program-Sessions for giving orientation & procedures followed by the company to the newly recruited individuals.

- Sending welcome mail, joining formalities to selected candidates and issuing them appointment letters.

-Following up with admin department for employee id generation for new joiners in the system based on their attendance & keeping a track of employees after induction.

-Analyzing the feedback given by the new joiners for the Induction Program

3. Performance Management:-

-Meeting with new joinees after two weeks and one month of their joining (Induction feedback after one month)

-Coordinating with managers and appraises for performance feedback sessions.

4. Employee Engagement:-

-Time to time communication to all employees on HR policies of the organization

-Conducting open house sessions to get the pulse of the group and identify concerns

-Prompt and timely resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and providing one on one counseling to employees

-Conducting the process of fun at Work including monthly birthday bashes, stress busting & team bonding exercises/activities etc. & organizing programs like festivals celebrations, monthly activities etc
