Lead the consolidation of project plans into 1 master project plan for all infrastructure projects. Manage 5 concurrent projects at once with $1M to $5M project budget. Manage multiple vendors to ensure a successful rollout for the Centennial Facilities Project. Render Executive team with an overview of the Data Center consolidation with cost savings by relocating to a hosting vendor.
- Designed, developed, and produced a successful Data Center relocation plan to a hosting facility.
- Created and executed a new VoIP solution for the relocation of 2400 users.
- Managed a new print services contract in a period of 6 weeks in line with the Centennial Facilities Project.
- Generated significant cost reduction in printer expenses within more than three years, saving $2.1M.
Infrastructure Project Manager ~ THE SPORTS AUTHORITY, DENVER, CO ~ 2009–2010
Worked as project manager for an IBM AS/400 cutover. Partnered with other business groups within Sports Authority to organize downtime schedule and lead efforts toward the successful migration of AS/400. Carried out the preparation and documentation of weekly milestone reports and master project schedule for the company to be up to speed on the cutover.
- Played a pivotal role in the success of migration, which took place for more than 72 hours with zero loss of data and outages to stores nationwide.
- Supported the entire operations, from conception to migration of AS/400 in a 2.5 month period
