Duties and Responsibilities carried out:
Supervise work activities. Carries out regular safety inspection and incident/accident prevention visits. Ensures adherence of permit to work (PTW) and other safe work practices in his assigned area.
Submit daily safety report. Report and investigate all incident/accident, unsafe acts/conditions or near misses occurring in his area.
Inspects plants/equipment’s, scaffolding, work at height, PPE, tools & equipment, fire blanket enclosures, site preparation for work, lifting equipment and conducts gas test.
Carry out safety inspections of Contractors and sub-contractors facilities such as workshops and stores and the like.
