Formed, led and managed Hasbro Games’ Retail Merchandising and Customer Special Department, developing the business plan, hiring and directing design staff and outside vendors, contributing approximately $85 million towards incremental sales revenue in one year.

Researched and implemented shopper and consumer insight strategies to develop store environments, signage and display merchandisers that are shopper centric and productive at retail.

Chose and produced a Monopoly 70th Anniversary Display, winning 2nd Place in the People’s Choice Display Showcase Contest/2005 In Store Marketing Show and bringing the display to retail at Best Buy and Toys R Us.
