Documented the relationship between States’ tort law, insurance and the use policies pertaining to school’s grounds after hours for recreational use (part of a project on obesity and children in the U.S.). Explored the relationship between psychology, risk perception, behavioral economics, and the need for regulation in insurance. Analyzed the effect of landmark decisions regarding judicial review on agencies’ decision-making process.
