EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

• (1973-74) City of Denton, TX; Draftsman;

• (1974-76) Hauptmann & Associates; I left the City of Denton with its City Engineer, Bud Hauptmann, who started his own civil engineering company. I worked as his draftsman and surveyor-helper. Mr. Hauptmann died in 1976 and I left his firm.

• (1976-80) Turbo Refrigerating Company, Denton, TX; I started as a Draftsman within their Engineering Department and was transferred to the Sales Department in 1978. I traveled the entire United States for Turbo until 1980. I worked with factory dealers and distributors, along with end users of Turbo ice makers and processing equipment, focusing upon customer service and motivating the sales force, i.e., kissing babies and making Turbo’s Brand Name look good within the marketplace.

• (1980-84) Ark-Tex Ice Company, Texarkana, TX; I started my own packaged ice processing company in 1980. I went up against a large company who had been in business for 65 years and I beat them with better attention to details and providing customer services, beyond what was customarily expected within the marketplace. They (my market niche competition) could not beat me, so they offer to buy me out instead, for which I sold my turn-key business to them at an acceptable profit margin and moved on to other challenges in 1984.

• (1987-96) Jack Frost Ice Company, Pilot Point, TX; I started Jack Frost Ice with a 5-Ton ice maker in 1987. I then built a new packaged ice processing plant in 1989, increasing my daily production to 100-Tons/24 hrs., having 17 employees, 5 deliver trucks and numerous business accounts. I sold this company to Reddy Ice of Dallas, TX. in 1996.

• (2007- 2008) I was employed by McClain’s RV of Denton, TX. Where I sold travel trailers and motor homes.

• (2008-2009) I left McClain’s and spent 4 months in Branson, MO. selling time shares. August of 2008 I was employed by Impact Energy Service of Gainesville, TX. until March 2009 and was laid off due to economy.

• (2010) Employed by Bankston Ford of Frisco, TX in new car sales in April, left in July due to lack of pay.
