• Supporting daily manufacturing and engineering operations with process engineering basic and judgment as well as troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues.

• Providing analysis and engineering feedback, reports and updates to the engineering team and operations management

• Review chemical and environmental engineering design to ensure compliance with engineering principal and related specifications and industry standards as well as applying chemical and environmental engineering principals to provide support for our engineering project studies.

CAMPHOR & ALLIED PRODUCT LTD – Vadodara, Gujarat.

• Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams(PFD), Piping Instrumentation Diagrams(P&ID), mass and energy balances, equipment sizing and rating, Valve sizing and specifying pipelines, pumps, heat exchangers, relief valves and rupture discs, HAZOP studies and take corrective action to address process deviations.

• Handled unit processes such as chlorination, Hydrogenation and unit operations such as distillation, drying, Water treatment, crystallization with the use of distributed control system (PLC) and trouble-shooting of the process problems.

Reliance Industries ltd. – Hazira/Surat, Gujarat.

• Operated Asia's largest cooling tower, Over there I used to do dosing of chemical to treat water which mainly include chlorine dosing, acid dosing and chemical which we used to dose was supplied by sales person of other company.

• Design and manage petrochemical plants Implement and operate environmental and quality control systems as well as root cause and failure analysis.

• Supervise a team of technologists, mechanics and junior engineers supporting refinery operations. Conduct technical feasibility evaluations of projects in Fortune 500 Company.

• Theoretical calculations for the refinery like Energy Balance Across the sections for Column, power requirement for pumping liquid, NPSH, Dew point calculation, calculations of Lab Properties using and matching with Lab results, Material balance in vacuum column.

• Physically loop file checking in field and generate comments. (Mate code and rating of valve, NRV, gasket, end blind, spec blind, flange, orifice, CV direction, instrument range)

• Checked PFD and P&ID and provided comments whenever required.

• Unique experienced of commissioning and working with DCS system of MOD300 (ABB TAILOR), ADVANT 500 system, FOXBORO system, Rockwell automation-Allen Brate of Chlorine Handling Unit.
