• SurfCAM was used to generate tool paths and posted code for the second operation of the business card holder

Vice and Screw Jack

• Used mills, lathes, and grinders to make a vice and a leveling screw jack. Metrology tools were used to verify that the dimensions of the parts were in specification with the blueprint drawing.

Design of Manual Onion Dispenser for Hotdogs

• Collaborated with three other team members to design a manual onion dispenser using Solid Edge CAD program.

• Used drafting principles such as geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T)

• Calculated force, torque, volume, and other variables.

• Materials had to be selected for the onion dispenser.

• Group put together a well written report summarizing everything that was done from start to finish.
