As a founding member of NXT inc executive team was responsible for all company operations and planning including initial acquisition of Product line from Parker Hannifin corp. Developed and directed company strategic planning providing sales and revenue increases from initial base year of 350,000 to a yearly average of 4 million per year. Oversight of company finance, accounting, proposal generation and pricing. Provided technical oversight and coordination to the avionic systems, hardware, and software engineering groups. Represented company in the international market and industry forums.
