Effectively managed a direct workforce of 100 employees operating 24 hours 7 days a week. Established a labor rate of 6 – 7% based on total gross sales.

Realized a monthly net profit of 15 – 20% by successfully managing productivity, efficiency, quality, direct labor and on-time deliveries.

Reduced production times and decreased component inventory for various production processes by utilizing Lean Manufacturing processes.

Responsible for P&L statements.

Championed a program to establish and maintain OSHA SHARP status to ensure maximum safety and minimize accident incidences. Received the OSHA SHARP award in 2009.

Fostered a close working relationship with customer service and sales to insure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.
