Historic Renovation City Hall, Refugio, Texas (1996-1998) Budgets: $1.6M

Restored historical City Hall building originally built in 1936. Gut-out all existing building. Two phases of construction. Conducted business in half of building while construction took place in other half. Moved Police Station and City Offices into new construction and then began second phase. Restored building to original condition. Brought up to ADA standards, added elevator and new lobby. Stayed within historical guidelines. Supervised all trades and awarded all contracts.
